With a strong industry presence, the organization is committed to professional growth through skill enhancement and development opportunities. **Job Summary** We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Software Trainer who can train students and professionals in software development technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical project experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. **Key Responsibilities** \- Conduct software development training sessions, workshops, seminars, and practical demonstrations for students and professionals. \- Teach programming, web development, databases, APIs, Git/GitHub, and other software technologies as per training requirements. \- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises. \- Guide and mentor students in mini projects, major projects, capstone projects, and real\-time software projects. \- Explain technical concepts in a simple, practical, and industry\-oriented manner. \- Provide technical support, resolve learner queries, and evaluate learner performance. \- Conduct coding activities, practical labs, and technical assessments. \- Demonstrate real\-world software development practices, debugging, testing, and deployment. \- Assist colleagues and team members with technical, training, project, and other organizational work as required. \- Collaborate with developers, trainers, management, and other departments to successfully execute training programs. \- Prepare training reports and provide regular updates on learner progress and program activities. \- Support seminars, workshops, technical events, and institutional training programs. \- Travel to different colleges, universities, institutes, and locations across India for training sessions, workshops, project activities, and other organizational requirements. \- Adapt training content and delivery methods according to the requirements and skill levels of different learners and institutions. \- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. **Required Skills** * Programming: Python / Java / C\+\+ / JavaScript * Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js * Database: SQL, MySQL / MongoDB * Backend: Node.js, REST APIs * Development Tools: Git, GitHub, VS Code, Postman * Strong knowledge of OOP, DBMS, and programming fundamentals * Good problem\-solving, debugging, and analytical skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Strong teaching, mentoring, and classroom management skills * Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical way * Knowledge of real\-time projects and industry practices * Comfortable with travelling across India for training programs Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Paid time off Work Location: In person
