The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills and practical experience in **Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI application development**. You will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and deploying AI/ML solutions that solve real\-world business problems. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement AI/ML models and applications based on business requirements. * Build and integrate **Generative AI and LLM\-based applications** using models such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or open\-source LLMs. * Develop AI\-powered solutions using **Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation), embeddings, and vector databases**. * Work with structured and unstructured data for AI/ML applications. * Develop and maintain APIs and backend services for AI solutions. * Evaluate model performance, accuracy, latency, and cost, and continuously improve AI applications. * Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, testing, and evaluation where required. * Work with frameworks and libraries such as **Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit\-learn, LangChain, or LlamaIndex**. * Integrate AI solutions with existing applications, databases, and third\-party services. * Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. * Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well\-documented code. * Stay updated with emerging developments in **AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning**. Required Skills * 2–3 years of hands\-on experience in **AI/ML or AI Engineering**. * Strong proficiency in **Python**. * Good understanding of **Machine Learning concepts and algorithms**. * Practical experience with **Generative AI and LLMs**. * Experience with **Prompt Engineering and RAG\-based applications**. * Knowledge of **embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search**. * Experience working with REST APIs and backend development. * Familiarity with **Git/GitHub/GitLab** and software development best practices. * Good understanding of SQL and databases. * Experience with at least one ML/AI framework such as **PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit\-learn**. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. Good to Have * Experience with **LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks**. * Experience with vector databases such as **Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Milvus**. * Knowledge of **AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud**. * Experience with Docker and CI/CD. * Understanding of **MLOps / LLMOps**. * Experience deploying AI models to production. * Familiarity with open\-source LLMs such as **Llama, Mistral, or Qwen**. * Knowledge of AI agents, function calling, and tool integration. * Experience with model fine\-tuning or parameter\-efficient fine\-tuning (PEFT/LoRA).
