About the Role

**AI LLM Delivery Manager (Zoology/Botany/Mycology)** We are a leading organization focused on delivering high\-quality AI data production programs. Our mission is to harness the power of AI and machine learning to drive operational excellence and innovation. **Key Responsibilities** * **Production Operations Management**: Lead end\-to\-end production operations for large\-scale AI/ML data programs, ensuring delivery against Service Level Agreements (SLA), Turnaround Time (TAT), quality, productivity, and cost targets. * **Team Leadership**: Manage large production teams, driving performance through effective people management, coaching, capability development, and performance management. * **Workforce Planning**: Own workforce planning, capacity forecasting, staffing, resource allocation, utilization, shrinkage, absenteeism, and attrition management. * **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor production volumes, productivity, backlog, utilization, quality, and operational KPIs through dashboards and management reports. * **Talent Collaboration**: Ensure optimal manpower availability by working closely with Talent Acquisition and HR on hiring plans, onboarding, ramp\-up, and workforce requirements. * **Operational Improvements**: Drive initiatives to improve productivity, reduce attrition and shrinkage, optimize utilization, and enhance overall operational efficiency. * **Cross\-Functional Partnership**: Collaborate with AI/ML, Technology, Data Science, Quality, Training, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Program Management teams to resolve operational and technical challenges. * **Program Launches**: Lead new program launches, transitions, pilots, and large\-scale production ramp\-ups while ensuring operational readiness. * **Process Improvement**: Identify process gaps and bottlenecks, driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Lean/Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives. **Qualifications** * **Experience**: Minimum of 7 years in Production Management, AI Data Operations, or related fields. * **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Mycology, or a related domain. * **Location**: Noida (Remote work available). * **Compensation**: Up to 38 LPA. **Skills Required** * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficient in data analysis and performance monitoring. * Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. * Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
