Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a **Business Analyst** who can understand business requirements, interact with business owners, introduce our software solutions, and help customers identify the right solution for their business. This role involves a combination of **business analysis, customer interaction, product understanding, requirement gathering, demonstrations, and follow\-up**. Key Responsibilities * Understand the customer's business, requirements, and challenges. * Interact with business owners through calls, meetings, and online discussions. * Explain our software products and their relevant features to customers. * Conduct product demonstrations and answer basic product\-related queries. * Identify the customer's requirements and suggest suitable product features or solutions. * Gather and document customer requirements clearly. * Prepare basic requirement documents, workflows, and process notes. * Coordinate with the Development, QA, and Product teams for customer requirements. * Follow up with customers regarding demos, requirements, feedback, and next steps. * Maintain proper customer and requirement details in the CRM. * Understand customer feedback and communicate it to the internal team. * Build good relationships with customers and understand their future requirements. * Support the team in converting business requirements into suitable software solutions. * Maintain regular follow\-up with assigned prospects and existing customers. Compensation **₹1\.0 LPA – ₹2\.0 LPA \+ Performance\-Based Incentives** Compensation will depend on skills, communication, experience, and performance.
