Watch it here.**Job Description** ------------------- **Additional Skills:** ETL Testing, Python **12\+ years experienced Lead testing and quality assurance engineer for ETL pipelines, data platforms, and cloud\-based data engineering solutions.** **Drive test strategy, automation, data validation, and stakeholder engagement across data transformation initiatives.** **Location: Pune, Chennai (checking with client for Noida)** **Must Have Skills** * Strong **Python programming** experience (Mandatory) * **ETL/Data Warehouse** testing experience * **Advanced SQL and data validation** expertise * **Experience with ETL tools** (Informatica, DataStage, Talend, SSIS, etc.) * **Test automation framework development** * Agile, Jira, CI/CD knowledge * Test leadership and stakeholder management experience * **Data migration** and reconciliation testing **Nice to Have Skills** * Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) * Data Quality/Observability tools * GitLab * Banking/Financial Services domain knowledge * GenAI\-assisted testing experience * **Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud data platform experience** **Mandatory Competencies** -------------------------- **Perks and Benefits for Irisians** Iris provides world\-class benefits for a personalized employee experience.
