SOFTWARE DEVELOPER **Department:** IT / Software Development **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Location:** Indore / Office **Industry:** Construction / Infrastructure Job Summary We are looking for a skilled **Software Developer** to design, develop, maintain, and improve software applications for our business operations. The candidate will work closely with management and different departments to understand business requirements and develop efficient digital solutions. Key Responsibilities * Develop, test, and maintain **web\-based and business software applications**. * Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. * Build and maintain **frontend, backend, databases, and APIs**. * Develop new features and improve existing applications. * Identify and fix software bugs and technical issues. * Integrate third\-party APIs and business tools where required. * Maintain database structure, security, backups, and data integrity. * Ensure applications are responsive, user\-friendly, and secure. * Perform testing and debugging before deployment. * Maintain proper documentation of software, code, and technical processes. * Coordinate with management and other departments for software requirements. * Provide technical support and resolve application\-related issues. * Monitor application performance and implement improvements. * Stay updated with new technologies and development practices. Requirements * Bachelor's degree/diploma in **Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering**, or a related field. * **1–4 years of experience** in software development. * Strong programming and problem\-solving skills. * Good knowledge of **HTML, CSS, JavaScript** and modern development frameworks. * Knowledge of **backend development, databases, and APIs**. * Experience with **MySQL/PostgreSQL or similar databases**. * Familiarity with **Git/GitHub** and software development tools. * Ability to understand business requirements and work independently. * Good communication and teamwork skills.
