If you are too, let's talk.</p></div><div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Okta seeks a skilled <strong>Staff FullStack Engineer </strong>with expertise with People Technology Applications (Workday, Greenhouse, Cornerstone). </span></div> <div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">As part of our Business Technology team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing full-stack solutions, including custom scripts, workflows, integrations, and system enhancements for both Workday, Greenhouse and Cornerstone to improve business processes and scalability. </span></div> <div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">This role will report to the Manager in Bangalore, India. </span></div> <div> </div> <div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>What you’ll be doing :</strong></span> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions for the People Technology Tech stack like Workday, Greenhouse and Cornerstone Cloud Applications etc., using any of the full-stack applications like <strong>Node Js/React</strong></span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop and maintain robust off-platform integration scripts using <strong>Python</strong> & <strong>LangChain</strong> to manage data transfer and interactions between People Technology apps (via API) and AI Platforms</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Architect and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud-native solutions on AWS for RAG, MCP, A2A for Agentic AI (LangGraph) </span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Closely work with the BT Product Manager to design, develop, test, implement & support system solutions primarily in People Technology</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Provide technical consultation, best practices, and problem resolution for AI and Agentic AI for the People tech stack Workday Studio / Extend, Cornerstone, Greenhouse, and associated integrated systems</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Work with AI/ML teams and solution architects to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support & resolve production issues across the full application stack</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, Agent to Agent (A2A) and MCP</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Design and implement custom Generative AI solutions using the Workday Agent System of Record <strong>Agent Tools</strong> for practical Workday use cases</span></li> </ul> <span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>What you’ll bring to the role</strong></span> <ul> <li style=" font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">9+ years in <strong>Python</strong> and its libraries (e.g., Pandas, Boto3) for data manipulation, ETL processes, and developing serverless functions to interact with foundational AI services on platforms like <strong>AWS Bedrock</strong> or OpenAI or equivalent platforms.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">6+ years with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python), and an ability to collaborate effectively with Product & Design.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Deep hands-on experience with <strong>AWS solutioning</strong>, including designing and deploying production applications using core services such as <strong>AWS EC2, AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, and API Gateway</strong>.
