Technical Lead(Dot Net+ Angular)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced **Technical Lead – .NET \& Angular** to lead the design, development and delivery of software applications. The role requires a hands\-on technical professional who can independently own modules, guide developers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues and work closely with business stakeholders. Experience in the **Real Estate domain** will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities * Lead the design, development and maintenance of applications using .NET technologies and Angular. * Independently own and deliver application modules end\-to\-end. * Mentor and provide technical guidance to developers. * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and development standards. * Troubleshoot technical issues and drive application performance and optimization. * Participate in technical estimations, sprint planning and delivery discussions. * Work closely with business and product stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. * Contribute to application architecture and technical design decisions. Required Skills * 10–12 years of relevant software development experience. * Strong experience with **C\#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core/.NET and Web API**. * Strong hands\-on experience with **Angular**. * Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript. * Strong **SQL Server** skills, including database design, complex queries, stored procedures, indexing and query/performance tuning. * Experience with REST APIs and Git. * Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns. * Experience working in a team\-lead or technical\-lead capacity. * Strong problem\-solving and communication skills. Technical Leadership * Lead and mentor a team of developers. * Own modules and technical deliverables independently. * Drive coding standards, best practices and technical quality. * Participate in architecture, estimation and technical discussions. * Coordinate with business stakeholders for requirements and delivery.
