About the Role

**Job Opening: Desktop Support Engineer (Work from Office)** **Location:** Guwahati **Budget:** 20k to 25k Monthly CTC\+ 2500 (Travel Allowance) **Experience Required:** Minimum 1 year **Working Days:** 6 Days **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide remote technical support to end\-users on desktop and system\-related issues. * Handle incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting through a ticketing system. * Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Outlook, O365 applications, and email configurations. * Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and escalate as necessary. * Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions. * Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent and quality support delivery. **Required Skills:** * Hands\-on experience with **Ticketing Tools** (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Freshdesk, etc.). * Strong knowledge of **Outlook Troubleshooting** and **O365 Support**. * Basic understanding of desktop hardware, software installations, and remote troubleshooting tools.
