About the Role

**Key responsibilities:** * Make outbound calls to prospective customers. * Introduce the company’s software products and services. * Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solutions. * Generate leads and schedule product demonstrations. * Follow up with existing leads and prospects. * Maintain customer and lead details. * Coordinate with the Sales/BDM team for further discussions. * Achieve monthly call, lead\-generation, and sales targets. * Follow up regularly until the enquiry is converted into a sale.
