About the Role

Key responsibilities: A. Creative Design & Visual Storytelling 1. Design engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and marketing communications. 2. Create visually impactful YouTube thumbnails to increase click-through rates and audience engagement. 3. Develop branding assets, presentations, pitch decks, banners, and promotional materials across multiple brands. 4. Translate briefs, concepts, and ideas into high-quality visual designs aligned with campaign objectives. B. Digital & Social Media Design 1. Create platform-specific creatives optimised for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging digital channels. 2. Design static posts, carousels, stories, cover images, and promotional graphics. 3. Adapt and resize creative assets across various formats and dimensions while maintaining design consistency. C. Brand Consistency & Execution 1. Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and visual identity standards. 2. Maintain consistency across all marketing collateral and digital touchpoints. 3. Collaborate with content, marketing, and video teams to create cohesive campaign assets. D. Technical Excellence 1. Produce high-quality designs with strong attention to typography, layout, colour, and composition. 2. Prepare final files for digital publishing and marketing deployment. 3. Manage design assets, project files, and creative libraries efficiently. E. Collaboration & Innovation 1. Work closely with content creators, social media managers, video editors, and marketing teams. 2. Stay updated with design trends, AI-powered creative tools, social media aesthetics, and industry best practices. 3. Contribute fresh ideas and innovative design approaches that elevate Cocoma’s creative output.
