Job Description – Business Analyst / Product Owner **Position:** Business Analyst / Product Owner **Experience:** 4–6 Years **Location:** Noida **Work Mode:** Work From Office **Employment Type:** Full\-Time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled **Business Analyst / Product Owner** with 4–6 years of experience to work closely with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, defining product requirements, managing priorities, and ensuring successful delivery. Key Responsibilities * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. * Understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements. * Create **BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria**. * Define, prioritize, and manage product backlog. * Work closely with development, QA, UI/UX, and other cross\-functional teams. * Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. * Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure requirements are clearly communicated. * Support UAT and validate delivered features against requirements. * Identify gaps, dependencies, and potential risks. * Continuously identify opportunities for product and process improvements. Required Skills * 4–6 years of experience as a **Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role**. * Strong understanding of **SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies**. * Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills. * Experience with **Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools**. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Good stakeholder management and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively with cross\-functional teams. * Strong understanding of software/product development lifecycle. Good to Have * Experience in web or mobile product development. * Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations. * Knowledge of wireframing/prototyping tools. * Experience in client\-facing roles.
