About the Role

Tower Lead \- Cisco TAC Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh **Job Summary** --------------- We are looking for an experienced Network Technical Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Aruba networking technologies, Cisco Layer\-3 switching, and dynamic routing protocols, along with experience in network monitoring, documentation, and IT service management platforms. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ **Job Responsibilities :** Key Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise network solutions. • Lead network architecture, modernization, and transformation initiatives. • Develop High\-Level and Low\-Level Design documents (HLD/LLD). • Architect and manage Aruba\-based LAN and wireless environments. • Design and troubleshoot routing and switching infrastructure. • Provide technical leadership, governance, and mentoring to engineering teams. • Drive network performance optimization, monitoring, and incident resolution. • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams on strategic initiatives. **Skill Requirement :** Required Technical Skills Aruba Technologies • Aruba Central • Aruba CX Switches • Aruba Fabric • Aruba Wireless Routing \& Switching • Cisco Layer\-3 Switching • BGP • OSPF • VLANs, STP, VRRP, QoS Tools • Microsoft Visio • SolarWinds • ServiceNow **Skill Requirements** ---------------------- Preferred Skills • SD\-WAN • Network Automation (Python/Ansible) • Cloud Networking (Azure/AWS) • Aruba ClearPass • ITIL Processes ACCOUNTABILITIES • Work closely with the client and other track teams to obtain technical knowledge and to permanently solve chronic problems. • Training: Be willing to impart on the job and commercial training designed to enhance skills and support capabilities. • Work on incident, changes and project activities. Certification \& Other requirement • Aruba and Cisco professional certification. • Able to work in 24\*7 working hours. • Able to speak fluent English \& write in English. **Other Requirements** ----------------------
