About the Role

UI/UX Designer (Only Jaipur candidates may APPLY) **Location:** Jaipur **Employment Type:** Full\-Time WFO **Experience:** 2–3 Years Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **UI/UX Designer** with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user\-centered design principles and the ability to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. Key Responsibilities * Design intuitive and user\-friendly interfaces for web and software applications. * Understand user requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions. * Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high\-fidelity designs. * Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experiences. * Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. * Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides. * Review implemented designs and ensure consistency with approved designs. * Identify usability issues and recommend improvements. * Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills * 2–3 years of professional experience in **UI/UX Design**. * Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar**. * Strong understanding of UI design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. * Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and responsive designs. * Good understanding of user\-centered design and usability principles. * Ability to create visually appealing and functional interfaces. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Good attention to detail and problem\-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. * Experience designing web and desktop applications. * Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic understanding of front\-end development will be an advantage. * A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects is preferred.
